Mr Lally Represents Great Britain

This month, Mr Lally had the honour of representing Great Britain in the Age Group Team at the European Triathlon Championships in Tarragona, Spain.

After securing qualification last year, Mr Lally competed in the sprint distance race against some of Europe’s best age-group triathletes. The event comprised a 750m sea swim, a 20km undulating bike course and a 5km run through the historic port city of Tarragona. Racing in high temperatures, combined with the fast pace of the event, added significantly to the challenge.

Representing Great Britain was the culmination of years of dedicated training and preparation. Mr Lally described the event as an unforgettable opportunity and a proud moment. He is now aiming to qualify for the 2027 World Triathlon Championships in Hamburg, Germany.
