Exam certificates for Summer 2023
Exam certificates for students who were in year 11 and year 13 in summer 2023 will be available for collection from Vandyke in December 2023. Students who have returned the slip with their personal email address will receive an email with details of when they are available for collection and this page will be updated with the relevant information.
We do not post certificates as they are valuable legal documents, so if you are unable to come and collect your own certificates, someone else may collect them on your behalf as long as they have your prior written permission. Please complete the form below and ask the person collecting your certificates to bring this with them. A signature is required on collection. We will be unable to give a student’s certificates to anyone else without being given prior written permission. Please contact the exams office and we should be able to leave them in reception for you to collect on a school day between 9am and 3pm (giving at least 48 hours’ notice).
Once you have collected your certificates, please keep them in a safe place as you may be asked for them by college/university or an employer in years to come as they are important legal documents and will be expensive to replace.
