Y13 Sport & PE students attend the Uni of Bedfordshire

Last half term our Year 13 Sport and PE students attended the University of Bedfordshire to make use of their state of the art sport and exercise science laboratories.

During the day, they had the opportunity to use the labs to explore the effects of exercise on appetite, use the therapy rooms and the biomechanical and rehabilitation equipment, and were also able to measure their speed and agility with smart tec speed gates.

Overall the students had an excellent first-hand experience of life as a student studying a Sport and Exercise Science undergraduate course at the University of Bedfordshire.
