March 3rd was the 25th anniversary of World Book Day with the theme this year being ‘you are a reader’.

Teachers brought in their favourite books and discussed with students their journeys as readers. Tutor time was a dedicated World Book Day session with reading tips, videos and a themed Kahoot to play together, which was enjoyed by tutor and student alike!

The English department also dressed up as characters from their favourite books to celebrate. It was a great day to promote reading for pleasure across the school.
