Stanley attends St John Ambulance Young Achiever’s Reception

On Wednesday 20th November, Y12 student Stanley was lucky enough to be a part of the annual St John Ambulance Young Achiever’s Reception, joining 90 young people who had been nominated for the reception for incredible acts in lifesaving first aid, personal challenge, or community advocacy. As a National Cadet of the Year 2024 finalist, Stanley was invited to be a part of the special day.

The Reception, which takes place in November every year, was at the order of St John Priory Church in Clerkenwell, London. Stanley got the opportunity to meet several dignitaries and leaders in St John Ambulance. However, the highlight of the day for Stanley was meeting and talking to HRH The Princess Royal (Princess Anne), who is St John Ambulance’s Commandant in Chief for Young People. Congratulations to Stanley – what an honour!
