SNOW CLOSURE – TUESDAY 13th DECEMBER

Due to snow and ice across the school site the school will be closed on Tuesday 13 December to students in Years 9, 10 and 12.  Year 11 and 13 students should attend school in the normal way for mock exams / lessons.  Attendance by Year 11 students and their conduct in exams has been excellent despite the cold – well done.

On-line learning means that students in Y9, 10 and 12 can undertake their school work at home and, taking into account the freezing weather and hazardous conditions underfoot, and in the interests of students’ wellbeing, this seems the most sensible arrangement.  Any student in Years 9, 10 or 12 who cannot be at home, will be supervised in school.  Please inform the school office if this is the case.
