Sixth Form Wellbeing
As part of the Sixth Form wellbeing programme, last week we had a focus of ‘making healthy choices’. Students were given a range of food-related tasks to consider, including making a ‘fakeaway’ and comparing it to the real thing, trying food they had never tried before, creating a weekly shopping list on a budget and eating 5 fruit and vegetables a day.
A big thank you to Morrisons who donated a supply of fresh fruit, fruit pots and orange juice to the Sixth Form on Tuesday which was enjoyed by all.
