EXAM CERTIFICATES FOR SUMMER 2020

Details about collection of exam certificates for students in year 11 and year 13 in summer 2020 will be added here once available.  Please note that we do not post certificates as they are valuable legal documents.

Year 11 and year 13 students who have left Vandyke in earlier years may collect their certificates from reception on any school day between 8.30am – 3.30pm, but please give at least a day’s notice so that we can have your certificates ready for you.

If you are unable to collect your exam certificates yourself and would like someone to come and collect them on your behalf, please complete the slip below and the person collecting your certificates will need to bring the completed slip with them to confirm that they have your authority to collect your certificates.  A signature is required on collection.

Once you have collected your certificates, please keep them in a safe place as you may be asked for them by college/university or an employer in years to come as they are important legal documents and will be expensive to replace.

I, ………………………………………………….. (in year …………….), authorise …………………………………………………… to collect my exam certificates from Vandyke Upper School.
