Leighton Buzzard Narrow Gauge Railway

We have a very good relationship with the Leighton Buzzard narrow gauge railway. This is a wonderful local tourist attraction with an intriguing and fascinating history. I have always felt that it is something very special and quite unique to have a steam railway running along the front of our school.

Students have learned more about this through assemblies and a few weeks ago an extra train was added to the timetable to run especially for us as a photographic opportunity. We now have some splendid photographs including one with students onboard and a piece of video footage of the train steaming along with Vandyke as the back-drop.

Many thanks to everybody at the Leighton Buzzard narrow gauge railway and Nick Burton in particular who made this possible.
