Ex-Vandyke Student on London Stage

Rose Riley, who graduated from Central School of Music and Drama last June has just completed her first professional theatre engagement, acting in the Hampstead Theatre production of “Tiger Country”.

The play, about the National Health Service, was described in the Guardian Review as “superb” and the cast as “first-rate….a hugely impressive collective  effort.”

This was a great opportunity for a new graduate and Rose has made the most of it; we hope it is just the first of many appearances on the London stage. Since leaving Central School, Rose has had a number of professional engagements, working with theatre companies and doing work for advertisements, but the run in “Tiger Country” has been the most exciting of these.

It was a real pleasure for us to be able to go and see her perform and catch up with her afterwards to hear her news. We wish her the very best for the future and look forward to many more opportunities to do so.
